How to make a schedule
Pick a pattern
2 on / 2 off, day — night — rest — off, 24 on / 72 off, 3/3, 4/4, 5/2 or your own: how many days you work and how many you rest.
Set the first working day
The pattern repeats from it — forwards and backwards, so you can pick any month.
Check the shift times
Times are used for hours and for the calendar: day, night or a 24-hour shift.
Print or add to your calendar
“Add to phone calendar” downloads an .ics file with the month’s shifts.

Questions and answers
How many working days does a 2-on/2-off schedule have?
About half the month — 14 to 16 depending on the month and the first working day; the maker shows the exact number under the calendar.
How do I make a 24-on/72-off schedule?
Pick “24 on / 72 off” and your first working day: every fourth day is a 24-hour shift. That’s 7 or 8 a month.
How do I add the schedule to Google Calendar?
Download the .ics file: on an iPhone it opens in Calendar; in Google Calendar you add it on a computer under Settings → Import & export; Outlook opens it directly.
How much does it cost?
It’s free, no sign-up.
