What is DayHeart
DayHeart is a free day planner on the web and in Telegram: shift schedules that count hours and earnings, class timetable and homework, tasks, habits and mood, people and important dates. In English, Ukrainian and Russian.
Free · No sign-up needed · English, Ukrainian and Russian

How to start
Open it
At dayheart.app in your browser or in Telegram — with the “My calendar” button in the chat with @dayheartbot. Nothing to install, no sign-up.
Turn on what you need
Tasks, shifts and study, finance, habits, mood, people and dates — each section is turned on separately in Settings → Tab bar, and the rest stays out of the way.
Sign in to have your entries everywhere
With Telegram or Google — and your entries are on your phone and your computer. Without signing in, everything stays on this device.
Bring your people
A shared class schedule for your group and shared tasks with friends. A friend you allow sees your shift names and times.
What DayHeart does
Shifts and earnings
A schedule in a couple of taps. Hours and earnings for the day, month and year add up automatically — with breaks, extra pay and bonuses.
Classes and homework
A timetable with rooms and lecture links, homework with reminders and a shared schedule for your group.
Tasks
Write it down and let it go. Shared task groups with friends and an urgent–important matrix.
Habits
Marked with one tap. A missed day never resets your streak.
Mood and wellbeing
Mood, sleep, energy and a journal in a few seconds. A weekly summary and a PDF report.
People and dates
Birthdays with reminders in Telegram, notes about your people and a countdown to important dates.

Questions and answers
Is it free?
Yes. Every feature is free, and no sign-up is needed.
Where does DayHeart work?
In the browser on your phone and computer, and in Telegram as a mini app. You can add it to your phone or computer straight from the browser; it isn’t in the app stores yet.
Which languages?
English, Ukrainian and Russian. Change the language in Settings → Language, format, currency.
Where are my entries stored?
On your device and, once you sign in, in your account too, so they are on all your devices. Most Mood entries can be encrypted so that even we cannot read them.
Is it a medical app or a heart-rate monitor?
No. DayHeart is a day planner. Mood, sleep and medication are notes for yourself: the app measures nothing and makes no diagnoses.
Who makes DayHeart?
It’s an independent project. Send questions and ideas to the support email or the Telegram channel @dayheartapp — both links are at the bottom of the page.
