Terms of use
Version of November 4, 2026
In short
These terms are an agreement between you and DayHeart (“we”) on how to use the app, the dayheart.app website, the @dayheartbot bot and the DayHeart connector for AI assistants. By using DayHeart you accept them.
DayHeart is a free day planner: shifts and earnings, classes, tasks, habits and mood. Your entries belong to you, and we do not sell them.
The service “as is”
DayHeart is free and provided “as is”. We work to keep it running and your entries safe, but we do not promise that it will always be available, work without errors or suit every purpose.
We may change, add or remove features. If something important goes away, we will say so in the app in advance when we can.
Your entries
Everything you write in DayHeart belongs to you. We store it only so that the app works for you on all your devices, and we do not sell it or pass it to outsiders. Details are in the privacy policy.
What you share with friends, a group or a shared timetable is seen by the people you shared it with.
What is not allowed
- Harming the service: breaking into it, flooding it with requests or getting around its limits.
- Getting into other people’s accounts, reading their entries or using their personal links without their permission.
- Sending spam, ads or abuse through groups, shared tasks, invitations or the bot.
- Using DayHeart for anything illegal.
If someone breaks these rules, we may limit or close their access.
Your account
You sign in with Telegram, Google or Apple. Keep access to them safe: whoever has it can open your DayHeart too.
You can delete your account with all entries at any time: Settings → Account → “Delete the account and all data”, or without the app. Entries are erased at once and cannot be restored.
AI assistants and other apps
You can connect Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI assistants to DayHeart (how to connect). An assistant sees only what you allowed on the “Allow access” page: shifts, classes, tasks, earnings. If “Add tasks and homework” is on, it can add tasks, write homework into classes and add classes.
Mood, health, people, notes and entries marked “Only me” are never shared with assistants.
The assistants belong to other companies (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and others) and work under their own terms. Check what an assistant added. You can disconnect it at any time: Settings → Account → “AI and apps”.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, DayHeart is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or lost data caused by using the app or by not being able to use it. Keep a copy of what matters: Settings → Account → “Export a copy”.
Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have by law as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
If the terms change, the new version with a new date appears on this page, and the app will tell you about important changes in advance. If you keep using DayHeart after that, the new terms apply.
