Your whole day in one place

What DayHeart does

Turn on only what you need — the rest stays out of the way.

• Calendar and Today

Month, week and day: shifts, tasks and events side by side. It always opens to today.

• Shifts and classes

Pick a shift and tap the days — your schedule is ready. Hours and earnings add up automatically, and homework stays with each class.

• Tasks and groups

Write it down and let it go. Shared task groups with friends and an urgent–important matrix.

• Habits

Mark them with one tap. A missed day never resets your streak.

• Mood

Mood, sleep and energy in a few seconds. A weekly summary and a PDF report.

• People and dates

Birthdays with reminders in Telegram, notes about your people and a countdown to important dates.

• On all your devices

Sign in with Telegram or Google and your entries are on your phone and your computer. Works offline too.

• Tasks in a new tab

Today’s plan in your browser’s new tab with the Bonjourr extension.

Your data

• Your entries live on your device and, once you sign in, in your account too — so they are on all your devices.

• Most Mood entries can be encrypted on your device — then even we cannot read them. Medications and what mood sharing with friends needs stay visible to the server; the key from your 12-word recovery code never reaches it.

• No ads. We do not sell data or share it with third parties, except as described in the privacy policy.
